10. Shopify and Shopify Network Intelligence

Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce infrastructure, checkout, payment, security, analytics and related services used to operate the TuneHugs store.

Shopify collects and processes personal information concerning your access to and use of the TuneHugs store in order to provide these services.

We currently use Shopify Network Intelligence and certain Shopify Enhanced Services. When these services are enabled, Shopify may securely use information about your interactions with TuneHugs together with information from your interactions with other Shopify merchants and with Shopify.

This processing may help TuneHugs and Shopify provide a more personalized shopping experience, improve store and service performance, understand how customers interact with our store and advertising, and provide more relevant advertising.

Information submitted through or generated by your interaction with the TuneHugs store may therefore be shared with Shopify and authorized third-party service providers. These parties may process information in countries other than the country in which you live.

No other Shopify merchant is permitted to directly access TuneHugs customer data through Shopify Network Intelligence.

Where a TuneHugs purchase includes long-term hosting of a private Memory Page or associated digital content, the relevant digital assets and information may be retained for the hosting period included with the purchase, which may be up to 10 years, unless the customer requests earlier deletion and no legal or contractual requirement prevents us from complying with that request.

When information is no longer reasonably required, we may delete or anonymize it.
